Romita Chetty has extensive experience in Human Resources, with their most recent role being as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Link Africa™. In this position, they were responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies, including succession planning, talent management, and performance management. Romita provided strategic leadership to the executive management team and the board of directors. Previously, Romita worked as the Head of HR at Link Africa™ from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Link Africa™, they were an HR Business Consultant at Onako People Solutions, where they provided outsourced HR services to small and mid-sized businesses. Romita also served as the Manager Human Resources at Adapt IT (Pty) Ltd and as the Group HR Manager at Corruseal Group. Romita began their career as an HR Consultant at Tsogo Sun - Suncoast Casino, where they partnered with middle and line management and worked closely with the HR Executive to implement HR strategies.

Romita Chetty earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Romita completed their studies in this field from 1999 to 2002.
