Stian Hagen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stian started their career as an apprentice carpenter at Seby A/S, where they gained valuable knowledge about managing large construction sites. Following that, they worked as a waiter at Hotell Opera for a few years. In 2013, they joined LOF Arkitekter as a BIM technician and technical draftsman, and they continued working in this role until 2017. Since 2018, Stian has been associated with LINK Arkitektur, initially as a BIM coordinator and IT manager, and currently as the Head of BIM and IT manager.
Stian Hagen began their education in 2006 at Nes videregånde skole, where they pursued a degree in Tømrer med Spesiell studiekompetanse within the field of TAF. Stian completed this program in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Stian attended Fagskolen i Oslo, where they obtained a degree in fagteknikker with a focus on Bygg og anlegg. Finally, from 2012 to 2013, they furthered their education at Fagskolen i Oslo and obtained a degree as a Bim teknikker, specializing in Bygg og anlegg.
