Jen Muller

Jen Muller currently serves as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jen has extensive experience in quality assurance, holding the position of Quality Assurance Administrator at Link Associates since February 2009. Additional experience includes serving as a Vocational Instructor at Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa and working as a Bank Teller at First National Bank of Iowa. Jen began a career in education as a Teacher Associate at River Hills School AEA 267 from 2004 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
