Cova Adams

Cova Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in heavy equipment and mechanical systems, currently serving as a Production Specialist in the Technical Group at Link-Belt Construction Equipment since August 2012. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and CAN bus systems, supporting production engineers with technical issues, and leading lean sigma initiatives. Previous roles at Link-Belt also include crane technician team leader and assembly mechanic, focusing on the installation, alignment, and calibration of various crane models.
