Carlos Flores is an experienced professional in construction management, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Link Construction Group since February 2016. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at Odebrecht as an ITS, Lighting, Tolling, Signals, & Paint Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing subcontractors' workloads and procuring necessary materials. Carlos began their career as a Cost Estimator at Caballero Plumbing, preparing detailed budgets for various construction projects, negotiating prices, coordinating site meetings, and maintaining communication with general contractors. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University - College of Engineering & Computing.
