Kai Lindberg

Kai Lindberg is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in product development and process optimization. Currently serving as a Senior HW Engineer at LINK Design and Development Oy since August 2022, Kai has previously worked as a Process Development Engineer at Carinafour in early 2018, focusing on synchronizing shipyard processes and logistics. A long tenure at Microsoft and Nokia from June 1988 to April 2016 included roles such as Project Manager for HW Simulations, where Kai led continuous improvements in product development processes, and as Technical Expert in RF, enhancing product reliability through innovative practices. Additionally, Kai held various RF-related positions, contributing to advancements in mobile telecommunications through the development of measurement and data analysis solutions. Education was completed at Salo Technical School.
