Rana Elganzoury

Rana ELGanzoury has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rana began their career as a Software Engineer at Mentor Graphics in 2009 before moving on to SPECIALIZED SOLUTIONS in 2010, where they worked as a Software Engineer and developed a real estate advertisement website. In 2012, they joined Santeon, Inc. as a Software Engineer, focusing on projects such as HROnline System and creating new systems for eBN, file validation, and billing.

In 2015, Rana joined Link Development as a Solutions Developer and later transitioned into the role of Senior Solutions Developer in 2016. Rana demonstrated their ability to lead projects, as evidenced by their promotion to Project Lead in 2018. During this time, Rana successfully utilized both Waterfall and Scrum methodologies, overseeing the entire software development life cycle and delivering high-quality solutions within budget and on time.

Throughout their career, Rana has been proficient in various technologies such as ASP.NET, SQL, and .NET. Rana'sexperience as a Project Manager has allowed their to collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, prioritize project backlogs, and define user stories, resulting in the successful delivery of multiple complex software projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

Rana ELGanzoury completed their high school education at Nabawya Mousa from 2003 to 2005, with a focus on Mathematics. Rana then pursued a bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Ain Shams University from 2005 to 2009.

Rana earned the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2016.
