Waine Mannix

Waine Mannix currently serves as Managing Solicitor and Group Legal Services Director at Link Financial Group, overseeing debt recovery litigation across the UK and European operations since October 2022. Previously, Waine held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at the Solicitors Regulation Authority from May 2021 to September 2022, where Waine established a new team focused on quality reviews and the implementation of a quality framework for investigative activities. Waine's earlier role as Strategic Change Director at Shoosmiths involved leading innovation in legal service delivery and participating in various executive committees. As Partner and Head of the Recoveries Services Practice Group at Shoosmiths for over 20 years, Waine successfully expanded the recoveries business from a small team to a leading UK-wide operation, employing over 300 staff. Waine holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from The University of Sheffield and is a certified Legal Project Practitioner from the International Institute of Legal Project Management.
