Simona Coco has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at A+B Industrial Tools Company since February 2016, where responsibilities include performance management, people development, compensation and recognition programs, HR cost management, negotiation, labor law, special projects, and talent acquisition. Simona also holds the position of HR Manager at Link Industrial Tools since February 2016. Prior roles include HR Generalist at Modiano & Partners and Recruiter at Experis Italia - Manpower, as well as Assistant Training & Development Manager at L'Oréal.
