Dhawal Adalja has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Dhawal began their career as a Quality Assurance professional at Energy Crossroads, a software company. Dhawal then worked as an Executive at M/s J.G. Shah Financial Consultants Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for buying and selling shares and assisting clients with investment decisions. Dhawal later joined IL & FS Securities & Services Limited as a Derivatives - Collateral Management & Exposure Limits Professional Clearing Member, where they handled clearing services and managed client exposure limits. Dhawal then moved to Sharekhan Limited, where they were a part of a team managing proprietary funds and executed trades involving index arbitrage and cash-future arbitrage. Dhawal then joined Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited as the Desk Head Trade Support (AVP), S&T, Wealth Management, where they managed the execution desk for the Wealth Management division. Following this, they worked as a Proprietor, providing independent consulting services in the equity markets and supporting a broker in setting up an equity derivative desk. Dhawal also worked at Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited as part of the Business Support team for Products & Funds Solutions and APAC Trading Solutions. Most recently, Dhawal joined Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. as the Vice President - Primary Market, where they lead and manages the entire IPO process, streamlines processes, and assists with pre and post-issue activities.

Dhawal Adalja completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Mithibai College, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Symbiosis Centre of Distant Learning, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
