Kartik Neelakantan has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Kartik started at GE Money Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2001 as a Credit Executive. Kartik then moved on to CitiFinancial as an Assistant Credit Manager from 2002 to 2003. After that, they worked at ABN Amro Bank as a Manager in Credit & Risk for Auto Loans and Personal Loans. In 2006, they joined Indiabulls Financial Services Limited and served as the National Underwriting Head for Small Ticket Personal Loans and later as the National Training Manager. In 2008, they joined Tata Capital Financial Services Limited as the Regional Credit Head for Northern India and later became an Assistant Vice President, managing Central Operations and IT development for the Leasing product. Kartik played a major role in implementing the Leasewave® System. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at L & T Finance, first as the Head of Operations for the Wholesale and Real Estate Business and then as the Head of Central Operations. Kartik currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., starting in November 2019.
Kartik Neelakantan completed a CA degree in Finance and Accounting from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India starting in 2003. Prior to this, there is no specific information about their education. In addition to their degree, Neelakantan has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they received certification in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from Professor Robert Sullivan and Udemy. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Innovation from Element Management Training and Consulting. Neelakantan also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from SSA Business Solutions Pvt.
