David Ewasuik

Currently Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Market Evolution Software Products Limited and previously founded EFA software which David grew to over 20 million in sales and over 200 employees, both software companies specializing in trading systems for stock exchanges and clearing, settlement, depository and registry systems for central securities depositories. 

David has served on the advisory board and currently serves on the full board of the Bahamas International Stock Exchange for the past 15 years, chairman of Bahamas Block Chain Committee, as well as other Bahamas Exchange technology committees. 

David has been involved with over 70 stock exchanges and national central securities depositories. David has over 30 years’ experience in the information technology sector and sat on the board of directors for several public and charitable organizations.  

David has also successfully founded and managed PRISM, a Calgary based oil and gas software company from inception through to its successful sale. Prior to its sale, PRISM captured the majority of top oil and gas companies in Canada.
