Bradley Karvasek

Bradley Karvasek has extensive experience in the real estate development industry. Bradley is currently working at Link Logistics Real Estate as the Senior Vice President of Development. Prior to that, they were the Principal at Karv Development, LLC. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Vice President and Senior Development Executive at Public Storage Business Parks. Bradley also spent a significant portion of their career at Equity Residential, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President of Development, 1st Vice President of Development, and Vice President of Development. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President of Development/Southern California Development Partner at Holland Residential.

Bradley Karvasek completed their Bachelor's degree in Aquatic Biology/Limnology from UC Santa Barbara, which took place from 1984 to 1989. Bradley then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Seattle University from 1997 to 2000. In 2020, they enrolled in Harvard Business School Online and obtained a certificate in Negotiation Mastery. Additionally, they earned a Viticulture Certificate from Washington State University between 2020 and 2021. Furthermore, Bradley holds several additional certifications, including WSET II certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, which they obtained with Merit in January 2022. Bradley also obtained a Viticulture Certificate from Washington State University in September 2021. Prior to that, they completed the Negotiation Mastery certificate program from Harvard Business School Online in March 2020. In 2008, Bradley obtained the certifications of Real Estate Managing Broker and Designated Broker from the State of Washington. Lastly, in 1991, they participated in the Career Discovery Program in Architecture at Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
