Carolyn Kane

Carolyn Kane has a diverse work experience in various industries. Carolyn started as a Human Resource and Property Management Intern at Welsh & Colliers MSP from 2013 to 2014. Carolyn then worked as a Corporate Services Intern at Colliers International during the summers of 2015 and 2016, where they focused on business development and assisting with the development of supplier diversity programs. In 2016, they joined Merrill Lynch as a Seasonal Client Associate, handling client requests and managing financial data. Carolyn also worked as an Economics Tutor at Denison University from 2015 to 2017. Starting in 2017, they became part of The RED Capital Group Associate Development Program, where they rotated through various departments and gained experience in multifamily originations. Carolyn later served as an Analyst, specializing in structuring debt capital for multi-family developers. Carolyn's most recent role is at Link Logistics, where they have worked as an Intern, Investments Analyst, and currently as an Investments Associate.

Carolyn Kane completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate from the Wisconsin School of Business from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Denison University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Communication. Carolyn's secondary education took place at Minnetonka High School from 2009 to 2013.
