Alecia Ohm, CPTD, has a diverse range of work experience in talent development, learning and development, instructional design, and program management. Alecia is currently working as a Sr. Manager Talent Development at Link Logistics Real Estate, where they are responsible for meeting the needs of the modern supply chain in the U.S. Prior to this, they worked as a Learning & Development Manager at The Aspen Group, where they supported healthcare professionals and team members across multiple states. Alecia also served as a Design and Program Manager at BMO Financial Group, driving leadership development and workplace experience initiatives. Alecia has experience as an independent eLearning and design contractor and has worked with organizations such as New Venture Fund, Wiley Education Solutions, and Pearson Embanet in various instructional design roles. Alecia began their career as a Digital Asset Support Coordinator at Argosy University and gained experience as a Designer at NogginLabs and as a Digital Products Intern at McGraw-Hill Education. Throughout their career, Alecia has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing effective learning solutions and driving performance.

Alecia Ohm, CPTD has a diverse educational background that spans various disciplines. In 2007, they enrolled at DePaul University and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Game Development. Alecia then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from DePaul Driehaus College of Business between 2012 and 2014, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

More recently, Alecia Ohm enrolled at Boise State University in 2020 and completed a Certificate program in User Experience Research in 2021. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Alecia obtained the Certified Professional in Talent Development certification from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in November 2020. Prior to that, they completed the Introduction to Human-Centered Design certificate program from Acumen Academy in October 2020 and earned the Social and Behavioral Researchers Certificate from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in September 2020. In 2019, Alecia Ohm obtained the Learning Articulate 360: Rise certification from LinkedIn. Most recently, in July 2023, they acquired The Five Behaviors® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning.
