David Hughes

David Hughes, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. David began their career in 2007 as a Research Intern at Brandywine Global and later moved on to a Research Internship at Global Currents Investment Management, Inc in 2008. In 2009, David joined Hughes Heating & Cooling Service Company as an Accountant and worked there until 2014.

Following this, David joined Gramercy Property Trust in 2014 as a Property Accountant and eventually transitioned into the role of Lead Accountant in 2017. David worked at Gramercy Property Trust until 2018 and then joined Link Industrial Properties as an Assistant Controller. In 2020, David joined SEI as a Manager in Real Estate Accounting and recently moved on to Link Logistics in 2023 as the Manager of Construction Accounting.

David Hughes, CPA pursued their education in a sequential manner. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they enrolled in La Salle University, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Accounting. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Pennsylvania.
