Fredrick Scales, CAPS, CAM has a diverse range of work experience in the property management and real estate industry. Fredrick started their career in 2018 as a Real Estate Broker at Evolve Real Estate, where they connected property owners with potential tenants and buyers, implemented advertising and promotion strategies, and maintained high client satisfaction. In 2019, they transitioned to Trinity Property Consultants, first as a Leasing Professional and then as an Assistant Property Manager. In these roles, Fredrick was responsible for overseeing property operations, managing financials, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team. Fredrick also authored training materials for new hires. In 2022, Fredrick joined Link Logistics as an Associate Property Manager, providing comprehensive support to three managers overseeing over 6 million square feet of property. Fredrick'sresponsibilities include coordinating lease concerns, processing lease amendments, tracking lease expirations, and maintaining positive tenant relations.

Fredrick Scales has a diverse education history. Fredrick received their High School Diploma from John Hersey High School in 2011. Later on, in 2014 to 2016, Fredrick attended Harper College and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In 2011 to 2012, they also pursued studies in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In 2018, Fredrick obtained their Real Estate Broker License from the Real Estate Institute in Niles, IL.

In addition to their formal education, Fredrick Scales has obtained several certifications. In July 2018, they became a Real Estate Broker through the Real Estate Institute. Fredrick also holds the title of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from the National Apartment Association, which they achieved in June 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the certification of Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association in January 2022.
