George D. Auerbach

George is Link’s senior vice president, Capital Markets, leading teams that analyze and communicate financial and operating trends to senior executives and capital partners.

He joined Link in 2020, bringing significant experience in real estate research and analysis. Prior to Link, George spent four years at Pretium Partners, an alternatives asset manager, where he led a research team covering real estate (primarily single-family rentals), mortgage finance and corporate debt. Before that, he spent more than 10 years in REIT equity research at Credit Suisse, ISI Group and Merrill Lynch with a focus on the industrial, office and data sectors.

George earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Washington and Lee University. He lives in Westchester County, New York, with his wife, children, dog and three cats. He is a big music fan and in his free time enjoys running, hiking, skiing and cycling.
