Jenna Petsche

Jenna Petsche has extensive work experience in program management and agile leadership roles. Jenna is currently employed as a Senior Director and Technical Program Manager at Link Logistics since May 2023. Previously, they worked at Capital One for several years, starting as a Senior Manager and Agile Program Lead for Machine Learning in June 2018. In this role, they led a team of Agile Delivery Leads and implemented automated dashboards to track agile maturity and product value delivery. Jenna also served as a Manager in the same department focusing on Cyber Engineering. Jenna collaborated with senior leaders to launch products securely and strategized critical path activities for pilot releases. Prior to this, they worked as a Principle Associate and Agile Delivery Lead for both Cyber Engineering and Liquid Tech Finance departments, where they facilitated agile practices and introduced new meeting cadences for better collaboration. Before Capital One, Jenna worked at Fannie Mae from 2012 to 2018, serving as a Senior Scrum Master and Senior Technical Project Manager. In these roles, they implemented cutting-edge technology, reduced time to market, and streamlined team processes. Jenna also participated in the O&T Campus Associate Rotational Program and managed requests for an Enterprise Architecture Review.

Jenna Petsche began their education at Harborfields High School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their high school diploma. Jenna then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University, graduating in 2011. In 2010, they also completed a concentration in European Business at the University of Antwerp. After their undergraduate studies, Jenna Petsche went on to acquire various certifications. These include the SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2019, the SAFe Certified Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2018, and the AWS - Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in October 2018. Additionally, they obtained the PMI - ACP certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2017, the Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2017, and the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2015. Prior to that, they acquired the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - Foundations certification from Global Knowledge Training in July 2014 and the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2014. Furthermore, Jenna Petsche obtained the Lean Six Sigma - White Belt certification from Fannie Mae in March 2013. Most recently, in October 2020, they completed the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager 5.0 certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Currently, Jenna Petsche is pursuing a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Harvard Extension School, expected to be completed in 2022.
