Ritesh Kapoor

Ritesh Kapoor is a seasoned Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in leading large-scale agile projects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Priceline since August 2021, Ritesh oversees the end-to-end management of the strategic Flights program, coordinating approximately 15 scrum teams and over 100 full-time employees across various geographies. Previously, Ritesh held several positions at J.P. Morgan, including Vice President of Software Engineering, where Ritesh was instrumental in driving Agile transformation and overseeing program delivery for Intelligent Automation initiatives. Ritesh's earlier roles at Capgemini, Datamatics Global Services Limited, and other firms involved establishing teams, ensuring program success, and mentoring scrum teams. Ritesh holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Applications from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from BHU.
