Kandra Hanth

Kandra Hanth has a strong background in property management and operations. Kandra started their career as a Property and Office Manager at Byrne Real Estate and Property Management in 2013, where they processed rental applications and acted as a mentor to their team. In 2019, they joined C&R Property Management as a Property Manager, where they focused on resident engagement and satisfaction through organizing community events and implementing regular communication channels. In 2022, they became a Real Estate Operations Manager at RAD Diversified, where they were responsible for ensuring project completion within budget by utilizing project management software and analyzing project metrics. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager at Link Logistics.

Kandra Hanth has a diverse education history. Kandra attended C.E. Ellison High School from 2005 to 2006 and obtained a general degree. Following that, they pursued higher education at Pikes Peak State College, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Kandra Hanth has obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in July 2023 and in CPR & AED from the American Red Cross in March 2023.
