Andrew Coward has extensive work experience in property compliance and asset management. Andrew has held various leadership positions, including Director of Health, Safety and Property Compliance at Places for People since April 2022, and Head of Property Compliance from April 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Andrew worked at Progress Housing Group, where they held roles such as Head of Strategic Asset Management and Asset Team Manager. Andrew also worked at Great Places Housing Group and RDHS Ltd / Windmill Housing Association in asset and development services roles. Throughout their career, Andrew has been responsible for managing and maintaining property assets, developing maintenance strategies, conducting stock condition surveys, and providing technical advice on building maintenance.

Andrew Coward completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Estate Management at Glyndwr University from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Carr Hill High School from 1991 to 1998. In 2010 and 2011, they attended the Chartered Institute of Housing to study Housing Maintenance Management and Housing Maintenance and Asset Management, respectively.
