Matthew Chapman

Matthew Chapman has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Matthew is currently employed at Link Industrial Properties as the Managing Director | Investments (West Region) since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Talos Capital as a Senior Vice President from February 2018 to March 2019. From 2011 to 2018, they held multiple positions at Black Creek Group, starting as an Acquisitions Analyst and progressing to Vice President - Acquisitions. Additionally, they worked as an Analyst at Knightsbridge Realty Capital from September 2010 to September 2011. Earlier in their career, they were the Head Coach at Orange Coast College Men's Crew from January 2009 to June 2011. Matthew also founded and served as the Principal at SquareFeather Media, LLC from July 2007 to December 2009.

Matthew Chapman attended Harbor Day School from 1988 to 1997. Matthew then enrolled at St. Margaret's Episcopal High School from 1998 to 2001 without completing a specific degree or field of study. Later, they pursued a degree in English with a focus on rowing at Rutgers University from 2004 to 2006.
