Peter Kitchin

Peter Kitchin has a diverse work experience that spans several organizations. Peter currently holds the position of Vice President, Customer Solutions at Link Logistics Real Estate since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Non-Executive Advisor at Trustek starting from February 2022.

In 2020, Peter also volunteered as a TADAC Beltline Committee member at Atlanta BeltLine.

Before that, Peter had a long tenure at CBRE, where they held various positions. Peter served as the Managing Director, IBM Account from May 2021 to April 2022. From January 2017 to May 2021, they were the Portfolio Services, Americas Leader, Managing Director, responsible for managing occupiers' portfolios regionally. Peter also served as Portfolio Services Operations Director, Americas from October 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, they were the Portfolio Services Leader Brazil, where they handled portfolio optimization, lease administration, space planning, and technology enablement for the Brazilian market. Peter started their journey at CBRE as a Regional Data Manager - LATAM from May 2012 to October 2013.

Before joining CBRE, Peter worked as a Freelance Management Consultant in a self-employed capacity from August 2010 to May 2012.

Peter'searly career includes an Associate Consultant role at JLL from February 2008 to July 2010.

Peter Kitchin completed an MSc in International Planning and Real Estate at UCL from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Building and Leading Effective Teams from Columbia University. Peter also earned a BSc in Business Management from Queen Mary University of London. The exact years of completion for the latter two degrees are not provided.
