Roxana Strohmenger

Roxana (Roxie) Strohmenger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) strategy and transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Intelligence & Enablement at Link Logistics since July 2025, Roxie focuses on leveraging customer intelligence to drive growth and operational performance. Prior roles include Principal Strategist at Heart of the Customer, LLC, where Roxie collaborated with Fortune 1,000 companies to enhance customer-centric growth, and Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy at UKG, where Roxie unified CX strategies post-merger and propelled revenue bookings over $4 billion in three years. Roxie's earlier tenure at Forrester involved leadership roles in managing the CX Index™ and establishing innovative data insights tools, contributing significantly to revenue growth. Roxie holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University, complemented by certifications including CCXP and LSSGB.
