Tiffany Nguyen

Tiffany Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tiffany began their career as a HUD Closing Auditor at Asset Management Specialist in 2012, where they determined liability for payments and facilitated timely closings. In 2013, they worked as a Mortgage Loan Closer at Toll Brothers, reviewing loan files and preparing closing documents. Tiffany then transitioned to Brixmor Property Group, starting as a Property Accountant in 2014 and eventually becoming a Senior Property Accountant. In these roles, they handled accounting and reporting for multiple properties and tenants, prepared tax reconciliations, and trained new hires. From 2020 to 2022, Tiffany worked at Roch Capital Inc., first as a Senior Real Estate Accountant and then as a Real Estate Accounting Supervisor. In these positions, they utilized Yardi property management software, performed accounting duties for investment properties, and managed weekly disbursements and funding requests. Currently, Tiffany holds the position of Senior Lease Accounting Analyst at Link Logistics, starting in 2022.

Tiffany Nguyen obtained a Bachelor Degree in accounting from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, completing their education between 2008 and 2011.
