Marco M. has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles in the automotive industry.

Marco most recently worked at Link Manufacturing as the Director of Engineering, Suspension Controls, where they led a team responsible for the relocation of the engineering team and the manufacturing transfer from Michigan to Iowa. Marco'smain responsibilities included product development, launch, and maintenance of mechanical valves, electronic valves, and suspension controls.

Prior to that, Marco worked at Haworth as a Senior Engineering Manager for seven years. Marco had complete responsibility for the development life cycle of systems, power, and electronics products. Marco worked closely with product line management and design to understand customer requirements and ensured that their team matched these requirements in the design and development process.

Before Haworth, Marco worked at Johnson Controls for six years, initially serving as a Software Project Manager and later as a Global Engineering Manager. In these roles, they led software engineering teams in the development of a global navigation system with connected services. Marco actively engaged with customers on product scope, project timing, progress, and risk discussions. Marco also managed a multi-million dollar software development program and implemented Agile methodologies for daily stand-ups, tracking, and weekly releases.

Early in their career, Marco worked at Delphi for nine years in various roles, including Program Manager, Technical Lead/Resident Engineer in Japan, and Systems Engineer. Marco'sresponsibilities included managing projects, analyzing budgets and profit, leading cross-functional teams, supporting product development, and communicating with customers.

Throughout their career, Marco has demonstrated strong technical and leadership skills, successfully delivering projects and developing customized solutions for customers.

Marco M. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, completed in 1999. Marco also obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University in 2006. Additionally, Marco has earned several certifications, including HMS Lean Certification from Haworth in 2021, VAVE Certified Value Specialist (CVS) from SAVE International in 2017, Management Development Program from Haworth in 2016, and 6-Sigma Technical Certification from Delphi Electronics and Safety in 2004.
