Shailesh Kadam

Shailesh Kadam has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Plant Head - Operations at LINK MIDDLE EAST LIMITED since June 2010. Prior to this role, Shailesh held the position of Sr. Manager Operations at Centric Steel Ltd from October 2008 to June 2010. Shailesh's career in operations began at JSW Steel as Manager Operations from January 2008 to October 2008, followed by a tenure as Assistant Manager - Operations at METAMORPHOSIS ENGITECH INDIA PVT. LTD. from March 2001 to December 2007. Earlier in the career, Shailesh worked as Sr. Engineer - Operations at Sumak Engineers from July 1998 to February 2001. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from TPCT's College of Engineering, Dharashiv, completed between 1994 and 1998.
