Jeremy Spradlin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and sales. Currently serving as a Realtor at LINK Property Management since February 2023 and as a REALTOR® with Collective House Realty since September 2020, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including New Communities Manager at Lifestyle Communities from April 2012 to September 2020. In the New Communities Manager position, Jeremy oversaw operations development for new properties, managed sales and marketing, and implemented effective branding strategies. Earlier in career, roles included Experience Coordinator and Leasing Agent, focusing on resident relations, renewal coordination, and occupancy stabilization. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisville, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
