Jacob Olsen, PMP®, CSM®, currently serves as an Information Technology Project Manager at Clark County, managing the Electronic Pollbook and Voter Registration System Replacement Project with a focus on agile methodologies and software development in collaboration with private vendors and government clients. Concurrently, Jacob operates as a Project Manager at Link Technologies, leading the Formula One & Super Bowl LVIII Technology and Connectivity Helpline Project from inception to implementation. Previous experience includes a Military Fellowship at Optum, where Jacob received mentorship in project management principles, and significant service in the United States Air Force as a Project Manager overseeing security and command control projects. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University, an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Grand Canyon University.
