Aliyah K. serves as the Human Resources Supervisor at Link Homecare, a position held since April 2019, where responsibilities include monitoring compliance documents for over 1,500 employees, conducting audits with the Department of Health, and preparing reports to assist senior management in strategic decision-making. In this role, Aliyah oversees recruiting efforts, employee terminations, and maintains employment records, while also managing a team of four junior associates. Previously, Aliyah worked as a Senior Mobile Expert at T-Mobile, focusing on store operations and sales management. Currently pursuing a degree in Health Services Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management at CUNY School of Professional Studies, Aliyah also holds an Associate of Science degree in Health Care Administration from LaGuardia Community College.
