Pamela J. Green

Pamela J. Green is currently an advisor at Linkage. Pamela has also been the director of human resources at the American Red Cross and the chief membership officer at SHRM. Pam has over twenty years of experience in human resources and has been instrumental in developing relationships with SHRM's members, volunteers, and state councils. Pamela is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator, which has helped their succeed in their various roles. Pam is passionate about helping others and making a difference in their community.

Pamela J. Green has a PhD in Organization and Management from Liberty University, an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Franklin University, and a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Pamela is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by HRCI and as a Certified DISC Assessor by Assessments 24x7. Finally, they are a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.
