Aastha Jain

Aastha Jain is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at LinkedIn, where they have held various roles since 2014, including Senior Applied Researcher and Engineering Manager. Prior to their time at LinkedIn, Aastha worked as a CTO and Lead Developer at myFit, contributing to the development of a virtual fitting room using Microsoft Kinect technology. They have also gained research experience at Johns Hopkins University, where they served as a Research Assistant and Post Doctoral Fellow, focusing on shape and deformation analysis, image processing, and computer vision. Aastha's academic background includes a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, both obtained from Johns Hopkins University, along with a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
