Ajay Datta

Ajay Datta is the current Director of Product Management for LinkedIn in India. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Product Manager for International Expansion at Amazon. Ajay was responsible for the local shopping product on Junglee.com and led strategy, definition, and end-to-customer and seller experience for all local products. Datta was also instrumental in acquiring selection from 1600+ sellers and designing the prioritization framework for selection acquisition across all products. Ajay has a proven track record in product management and has been credited with launching successful products on Junglee.com, as well as defining and launching a scalable crawler to acquire selection and keep it in sync from third party websites without seller effort.

Ajay Datta has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
