Aman Gupta

Aman Gupta is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Staff ML/AI Researcher and Engineer at LinkedIn since February 2019. In this role, Aman focuses on large language models (LLMs), deep learning, recommender systems, and optimization, leading the technical efforts for efficient LLM deployment. Prior to LinkedIn, Aman worked as a Senior Machine Learning Research Scientist at Apple, specializing in deep learning applications for computer vision and autonomous systems. A graduate research assistantship at Carnegie Mellon University involved research in machine learning and computational biology, while earlier experience includes software engineering roles at Amazon, focusing on RESTful services, and an internship at NetApp. Aman holds a Research Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning and AI from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
