Amit Balode is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and technical management. Amit began a career at KPIT Cummins as a Technical Lead from July 2004 to August 2008, followed by a role as Principal Engineer at Zynga from March 2010 to March 2014. Since March 2014, Amit has been with LinkedIn, serving as both SRE Manager and currently Sr SRE Manager, focusing on scaling LinkedIn's Data Storage products and the Bigdata stack, including Hadoop and the Ingestion Platform. Amit holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington (2008-2009) and a B.E in Electronics from Vishwakarma (2000-2004).
