Bernadette Forward is an experienced professional in customer success and education, currently serving as a Principal Customer Success Manager for Global Clients at LinkedIn since January 2018, where Bernadette facilitates the strategic delivery of LinkedIn Learning to large enterprise clients. Prior to this role, Bernadette held various positions in customer success at Funding Gates and Voxy, achieving significant improvements in user engagement and support efficiency.
