Brian Duff

Brian Duff is a distinguished software engineer with extensive experience at leading technology companies, including LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Facebook, and Oracle. Currently at LinkedIn, Brian focuses on scaling engineering operations through AI and enhancing the developer experience. Previously, at Google, Brian leveraged generative AI and machine learning to boost productivity and software quality, while also improving the developer experience for non-monorepo and open source projects. At Twitter, Brian directed the Engineering Effectiveness organization to accelerate the workflow of a large engineering team. Brian's tenure at Facebook involved defining strategies for Developer Experience, and an extensive background at Google includes leadership roles in various teams focused on Android and developer tools. Brian holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of St Andrews.
