Carmen Mak

Carmen Mak is a Talent Strategist and advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging with a robust background in recruitment and business management. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Employment Manager at Hilton Anaheim, where they significantly improved talent acquisition processes and reduced attrition. Carmen has been an Advisor at WNJ Ventures since 2021, investing in innovative start-ups in Hong Kong, while also holding the position of Senior Account Director at LinkedIn. They earned an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
