Catherine Deflumeri

Catherine DeFlumeri is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at LinkedIn since June 2021, focusing on strategic HR partnership for Product and Engineering leadership. Prior to this role, Catherine held various positions at Netflix as a Talent Partner for Content Engineering and Finance teams, as well as at LinkedIn in talent operations and as an analyst for the Accelerator Program, which aimed at developing high-potential talent.
