Clarissa Tander is the APAC Lead for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at LinkedIn, where they currently manage initiatives aimed at fostering inclusive workplaces. Previously, they held various roles at Goldman Sachs, including Associate in Human Capital Management focusing on Asia Pacific Diversity & Inclusion. Clarissa has also contributed as a volunteer at Aidha and gained early experience as an intern at 701Search Pte Ltd. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Nanyang Technological University, following their A levels at Meridian Junior College.
