Daniel Shih

Daniel Shih is a Group Product Manager in Growth at LinkedIn, leading the Notifications team across AI/ML, UX, and Platform. Previously, Daniel co-founded and served as CEO of Fractal, a platform acquired by LinkedIn that connects professionals for meaningful conversations. Daniel also held key roles as Director of Product Partnerships at Tilt.com, a Domestic Policy Analyst at the White House, and National Organizing Director at FWD.us, where they built an organizing program focused on immigration reform. Daniel's early career included a position as Regional Field Director for Obama for America. Daniel studied Political Science at Stanford University and is pursuing an M.Phil in International Relations at Oxford University.
