Daping Du

Daping Du is a Senior Data Scientist at LinkedIn and has been actively contributing to the field since 2019. Prior to this role, Daping served as a Fellow at Insight Data Science, where they partnered with Bonfire Interactive Ltd. on significant projects, including algorithm design for keyword detection and building recommendation systems. Daping's earlier experience includes working as a Research Associate at Syracuse University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they developed algorithms for simulations and conducted large-scale data analysis. Daping holds a Ph.D. in Lattice Gauge Theory and Simulation from the University of Iowa, completed in 2011.
