David Whelan

David Whelan has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and sales sectors. At LinkedIn from August 2020 to October 2023, David served as Director for Venture Markets covering Central and Eastern Europe, Southeastern Europe, Israel, and the Public Sector in EMEA and LATAM, and previously as Head of South-Eastern Europe, Israel & Africa. David also led the LinkedIn Talent Solutions for Africa and Central & Eastern Europe, focusing on new business acquisition, client growth, and retention.
