Derek Wong

Derek Wong has extensive experience in IT and system administration, currently serving as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for APAC at LinkedIn since May 2014, after previously holding the role of System Support Analyst within the same company. Prior to LinkedIn, Derek was a Network and System Administrator at Static Control Components (Europe) Ltd from June 2012 to May 2014 and worked as a System Administrator at Eurogroup Far East Limited from November 2005 to July 2012. Derek's skills include maintaining and upgrading system infrastructure and network, providing end-user support globally, performing various system administration and network security tasks, and managing email server platforms. Derek holds a degree from London Metropolitan University, completed between 2001 and 2003.
