Dima Рugachеvich is an accomplished software engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering for Compute Infrastructure and Data Center Infrastructure Automation at LinkedIn since April 2012, Dima has held multiple leadership roles including Sr. Engineering Manager and Sr. Staff Software Engineer. Prior to LinkedIn, Dima worked at ServiceNow as a Sr. Engineering Manager overseeing cloud infrastructure automation, and at Yahoo! Inc, where Dima led a team of over 20 engineers focused on data center automation and production operations. Dima began the career as a PHP Software Developer at The Fantastic Corporation, contributing to the development of a content networking solution. Dima holds a BS in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay and an AA in Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
