Eilís Deevy is currently a Principal Talent Insights Consultant at LinkedIn, where they empower global corporate clients and staffing firms with data-driven decision-making. With over five years of experience at LinkedIn, Eilís has focused on enabling strategic partners to achieve their business objectives through Talent Insights. Prior to LinkedIn, they held several roles at Qualtrics, including Senior Product Specialist and Customer Success Manager, where they advised companies on survey design and customer experience strategies. Eilís earned a Master’s Degree in Marketing from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork.
