Emily Elman

Emily Elman is the Global Senior Enablement Lead in Go-to-Market Enablement at LinkedIn, where they focus on building strategy, infrastructure, and tools to enhance the performance of global sales teams. Previously, Emily held several leadership roles at American Express, including Senior Manager of Client Management and Director of Talent Management, where they developed strategies to drive business growth and improve team performance. Earlier in their career, Emily worked at Columbia University, establishing partnerships to promote student employment opportunities and coaching students on professional development. Emily is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business & Culture at New York University and a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
