Eynav Mass

Eynav Mass is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as Director Of Engineering at LinkedIn, overseeing global teams to deliver impactful products for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions since April 2022. Previously, Eynav held the position of VP of R&D at Oribi, a codeless marketing analytics solution acquired by LinkedIn in 2022. At Perfecto, from April 2015 to April 2022, Eynav progressed through roles including Director of R&D and iOS Team Lead, focusing on backend, mobile, and automation engineering. With earlier experience at Cisco Systems as a Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer, Eynav specialized in backend and mobile technologies while also contributing to security solutions development. Eynav began a career in technology leadership as Company Commander of the Information Systems division in the Israel Defense Forces. Eynav holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Hadassah College Jerusalem.
