Grant Hayers has extensive experience in the lift engineering industry, starting as a Carpenter and General Builder from May 2004 to March 2012 while being self-employed. Grant transitioned to lift engineering at Alpha Lift Engineering Services from March 2012 to December 2015, initially as an engineer's mate and later achieving an NVQ in 2014. From January 2016 to December 2022, Grant served as a Lift Engineer at D&C Lifts, covering the service portfolio for London sites and handling small repairs and insurance items. Currently, Grant is the Operations Manager, Head of Service and Repairs, and Repairs Manager at Precision Lift Services since March 2023.
